My life has stood the testing of time that feels like ages have come and gone and I've emerged many times over, in my mere sixty three years now being on this planet. Sometimes, like you, I wonder why I'm here and why life took me through a threshing that few can endure and continue to maintain their sanity. Yet, there is a peace that abounds me and a love that fills and exudes me that is and has to or can be infused inside us all ... us as we increase our capacity to absorb it . . . . but at times we only see the darkness, the pain, the unfairnesses and the injustices done to us and others and it causes anger, and then we surrender our peace. Unsurrendered, It can make you tremble.

I've chosen over and again to break free from the dark forces that have bound many to fear, hopelessness and emptiness...because I found on the other side is a love and a presence so real and big that fully embraces and exudes me everyday and everytime...  .Even when I cry- the tears of the greatest and deepest sorrows and lament what feels like the very guts of my soul being yanked and twisted until all the life energy is being squeezed from insde me like a lemon going through a juice press; the whole lemon at one time . . . it knits you to the god you knew was there . . . on the outside but now your one with and in Yah, and Yah/God is abiding in you, with you... as you.

It's a special existence I can only call ... being one with Yah...

and Yah, being one it me.
