We are happy to work with you to resolve any grievance issue. Here are the steps to take to file a grievance.

2. You will receive a response to your grievance within 3 business days.
3. We will make every effort to resolve your grievance within 5 business days.
4. We may refund any purchase made within our refund policy guidelines. See refund Policy for more details.
